A long-awaited-for new addition for Rachel and her family, and I was so excited to be a part of this time.

I've been photographing Rachel and her family for five or six years now, ever since she was first pregnant with her daughter K.  Rachel is such a beautiful mama and so sweet.   I was so glad we got to capture her maternity pictures together and in such an amazing location.  I love how the cliffs rise up from the rocky beach at Pt. Whitehorn and that the area provides a wide variety of backdrops.   From the grassy field to the wooded boardwalk and on to the rocky shores, the setting is perfection for a romantic photoshoot.  Little K did a great job in her own special tutu and you just know she's going to be such a great big sister.

Assisted by my bestie, Rashelle Cuperus of Rashelle Cuperus Photography, we had so much fun out on our tour of Pt Whitehorn on this beautiful April day.

When Rachel had baby V, I couldn't say no to one last newborn session (for the time being anyways! ).  Afterall, I'd photographed her first maternity and newborn sessions, and family sessions since then, I was so excited to be a part of this new little ones images.   Since deciding to hang up my newborn photographer hat for the time being, I'd give Rashelle all of my props for her studio - not that she needed any, but it's always nice to have something new to play with.  So Rachel met me at Rashelle's studio where once again we worked together, posing and photographing this sweet little angel.   I'm so glad to have been able to incorporate Rachel's dress from her maternity session into little V's newborn images.
